The Diablo View Orchid Society members – Tom Pickford and Sung Lee were interviewed by long time grower Kathy Barrett. All three members have a passion that consists of growing and cultivating a wide assortment of plants within the orchid family, which total over 26,000 varieties. In this program they start with a wide view of the orchid family and their habitats, then in the second half they narrow it down, showing us what to look for in buying orchids found in local stores, then how to keep them alive once we get them home.
