The Rossmoor Low Vision Support Group sponsored by the Counseling Center hosts Dr. Caesar Luo of Bay Area Retina Services to discuss the latest in low vision disease and medicine. Dr. Luo has published peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters with a particular interest in innovative vitreoretinal surgery and diabetic eye disease. (2022)
