Balance and Fall Prevention with Katie Meyers

Katie Mayers, a personal trainer at the Tice Creek Fitness Center, will provide tips on maintaining balance and preventing falls. Mayers approach is wholistic, warm, personable, and compassionate while focusing on working towards a better quality of life through improved movement and function.
