Flying Eagles Jazz Band was created years ago at the Sacramento Trad Jazz Adult Camp. The style captures a swinging four-beat traditional jazz sound and lays down a steady groove for the dancers. The Flying Eagles band plays everything from slow blues and rags to spirituals and up-tempo New Orleans jazz favorites. Jim Broadstreet leads an all-star band with some of the best local jazz players in the Bay Area.
