Rossmoor Counseling Services welcomes Linda Fodrini-Johnson, a licensed family therapist, certified geriatric care manager, and author of “The Empowered Caregivers: Practical Advice and Emotional Support for Adult Children of Aging Parents." She has worked in the field of aging since 1981. In 1989, she founded Eldercare Services, a company that provided home care services, education, counseling, and coaching to families. Fodrini-Johnson will discuss strategies for caregiver self-care and available resources.
