Bob Huff is a Personal Trainer at the Tice Creek Fitness Center and in this program he provides a variety of low impact exercises that can help to improve your balance. Huff is a master personal trainer with 23 years of experience. He started his career as head athletic trainer at Los Medanos College from 1988 to 2001. He joined Rossmoor as a full-time personal trainer in 2001. Huff demonstrates strength and balance exercises and discuss the programs available to Rossmoor residents through the Fitness Center.
