Rossmoor Counseling Services presents a lecture from Belma Sadikovic, MD on Parkinson's Disease as part of their on-going Optimum Wellness Lecture Series. Sadikovic is a board certified neurologist who received her undergraduate degree in neurobiology from UC Berkeley followed by medical her Degree from UC Davis and neurology training at North Shore University hospital in Manhasset, New York. Sadikovic's presentation will help Rossmoor residents understand the current methods used to diagnose Parkinson's disease and other forms of parkinsonism. The presentation will also identify the lastest clinical research, explore the role of clinical examination, and help explain the typical progression of the disease as well.
