Rivka Amado performed traditional Ladino music. Ladino, otherwise known as Judeo-Spanish, is the spoken and written Hispanic language of Jews of Spanish origin. Accompanied on guitar and vocally by Achi Ben-Shalom, Amado performs the traditional melodies learned from her grandmother while growing up in a Ladino-speaking home in Holon, Jerusalem.
