Clarinet Fusion, Bay Area’s premier clarinet choir integrated by musicians from throughout the Bay area presents a program titled “Fun in the Sun.” Six different kinds of clarinets, from the high-pitched 19-inch E flat sopranino clarinet to the low-pitched nine foot double B flat contra bass clarinet performing a variety of favorites including marches, jazz, Latin, patriotic, Irish and more. Clarinet Fusion recently performed at Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco as part of the San Francisco Symphony’s Community of Music Makers chamber music workshop program.
