The Low Vision Group of Rossmoor welcomes Dr. Caesar Luo. Dr. Lou is a member of the Bay Area Retina Associates, a group practice of eight board-certified retina specialists who have received additional training in the treatment of diseases of the retina and vitreous. He will discuss geographic atrophy and other age related eye diseases, family genetics, clinical trials, diagnostic equipment and general retina anatomy.
