The Rossmoor Emergency Preparedness Organization (Rossmoor EPO) presents "Emergency Preparedness 2.0: Getting Your Home Ready," featuring a presentation and Q&A from Ron Halog, Emergency Preparedness Instructor Coordinator at Independent Living Resources of Solano and Contra Costa Counties.
Halog will provide tips on how to best prepare your home to mitigate damage, as well as best practices on how to respond in the event of an earthquake or wildfire. He will also show videos demonstrating how to properly use fire extinguishers and fire blankets, along with additional strategies to keep your home prepared in the event of an emergency.
